These terms apply when you use Tawtheef, run by Makers of Baghdad in Baghdad, Iraq, on the web, in the apps, or through the Tawtheef AI connector. By using Tawtheef you agree to them.

  1. 1. Your account

    • Give accurate details and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
    • One person or company per account. You must be at least 16.

  2. 2. Job listings

    • Many listings on Tawtheef are collected from public job channels and pages in Iraq. We organise them so they are easier to find, but we do not employ the people who post them and we cannot guarantee that a job is still open or accurate.
    • Never pay anyone to get a job. Report a listing that asks for money or looks false, and we will review it.

  3. 3. Your content

    • You own the CVs, profiles and job posts you create. You give us permission to store and show them as the service needs, for example to show your CV to a company you apply to.
    • Do not post anything false, unlawful, discriminatory or that belongs to someone else.

  4. 4. Companies

    • Post real jobs only, describe them honestly, and use candidates' details only to recruit for that job.
    • Do not contact candidates for anything other than recruitment, and do not copy or resell their data.

  5. 5. AI features and the AI connector

    • The ATS check and anything an AI assistant writes through the Tawtheef connector are suggestions. Read your CV before you send it: you are responsible for what it says.
    • The connector acts only for the account that signed in to it, and only through the actions it offers. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by that assistant's own terms.

  6. 6. Fair use

    • Do not scrape the service beyond what robots.txt allows, overload it, try to break its security, or use it to send spam.
    • We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

  7. 7. The service

    • Tawtheef is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will always be, and we are not responsible for hiring decisions made by candidates or companies.
    • We may change or stop features. We will tell you about changes that affect you.

  8. 8. Ending

    • You can delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq.
